We often talk about our physical health but how can we look after and improve our mental fitness? 

You are invited to join us at a free interactive workshop exploring how you can feel more confident about improving your mental fitness and develop practical strategies to support positive mental health.

Join us at the MENTAL FITNESS workshop to:

  • Learn how to exercise your mind.

  • Learn how to boost your mental fitness.

  • Discover practical tools to support positive mental health.

Facilitated by experienced therapists and based on the key principles of positive behaviour change, our fun online workshops help people living with HIV in London become more confident, motivated and resilient.

All our workshops take place over Zoom and are free to everyone living with HIV in London who is over 18 years old.

Places on each workshop are allocated on a first come basis – with a maximum of 30 participants per group.
