Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical health and mental health.

You are invited to join us at a free interactive workshop exploring how even small acts of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact. Helping you to manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy.

Join us at the POWER OF SELF-CARE workshop to:

  • Explore what self-care is and how it can help you.

  • Learn self-care strategies that are easy to apply in day-to-day life.

  • Discover the importance of nurturing yourself on all levels—physical, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Facilitated by experienced therapists and based on the key principles of positive behaviour change, our fun online workshops help people living with HIV in London become more confident, motivated and resilient.

All our workshops take place over Zoom and are free to everyone living with HIV in London who is over 18 years old.

Places on each workshop are allocated on a first come basis – with a maximum of 30 participants per group.
